Terms of Service

By using Tennexis you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Tennexis provides coaching management software including scheduling, payment processing, and player management tools.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be 18 or over to create a coach account.

Tennexis Pro is £29/month after a 30-day free trial. You will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time via Settings → Billing.

You agree not to use Tennexis for unlawful purposes, to upload harmful content, or to misuse the payment features.

You are the data controller for player information you enter. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent, particularly for junior players.

Player payments are processed by Stripe. Tennexis is not responsible for payment disputes between coaches and players.

Coaches are responsible for compliance with relevant safeguarding policies including LTA guidelines for working with children.

Tennexis is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect losses arising from use of the platform.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
